Who is The Federal Reserve?
The Federal Reserve System was created via the Federal Reserve Act of
1913. Basically, It's the bankers bank, or central Bank where private
banks borrow money lend back to you.
How did they just save you money? Over
the last three weeks, The Federal Reserve lowered the key
interest rate it lend to private banks by 1%. That means consumers who
borrow money for home mortgages, car loans, or business can now borrow
at lower cost.
Millions of people across the United States were struggling to make
high
interest mortgage payments. With mortgage defaults and home
foreclosures climbing, The Federal Reserve cut it's lending rate so
banks could lend more money, and borrowers could refinance their loans
at a more affordable rates.

More than $300,000 of Drugs and Dietary Supplements Seized
Some lacked FDA approval, maintained under unsanitary conditions
At the request of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, on Wednesday,
U.S. Marshals seized more than $300,000 worth of product, including NC
Solution, an anti-fungal product, and other drugs for human or animal
use, dietary supplements, and ingredients to make those products
because some lacked FDA approval and all were maintained under grossly
unsanitary conditions by General Therapeutics Corp., of St. Louis, Mo.
